No Support and No Longer Updates

I’m not sure what’s happened because this plugin used to be great. When you submitted a support question, you always received help and an answer. Now, no one responds. I hope the author of the plugin isn’t physically ill or something.
I would not add this plugin to your blog at this point, because it is no longer being supported. It was great while it worked and was being updated/supported.
