    We purchased the Ultimate WCFM and got NO SUPPORT AT ALL.
    We have been waiting for days with several tickets open.
    DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM IF YOU ARE EXPECTING SOME SUPPORT IN A REASONABLE TIME.

    Of course we provide support but if you think posting such negative reviews will ensure support then it’s not true.

    Our tickets are #252461 and #252406 (placed on 31th january)
    We write negative reviews only when we receive a bad service, and so is the case.
    We have never before had to wait for DAYS (4 so far and counting) to get a response from a support system.

    An user posting negative reviews to force us for providing support. We do not support such activities.

    UPDATE: We have TWO TICKETS placed on January 31st and February 1st that were responded TWO WEEKS AFTER PLACEMENT.

    Our doubts were not fully solved so we asked for further support on February 19th and today MARCH 12TH we are still waiting for a response.

    Awful experience, actually embarrassing for us and of course our customers!
