• I have received no response from support at all. I guess this is another one of those themes that gets shoved out and then abandoned. The way they do columns takes literally minutes to load in the editor. The wysiwyg for their blocks doesn’t represent what will show up on the page. The colors, fonts, margins, etc I added in the interface are not anywhere in the code that wordpress ultimately serves. It’s just in the editor. Their prebuilt parts aren’t created with their own blocks so if you touch them, they fall apart and can not be replicated. And just now for some reason all of the prebuilt stuff just jumped back into my site, like their “demo” content just decided to load again. the logo is Gutener again the footers and header are back to the default. Everything is messed up. I’ve made five sites using this and I just kept powering through the difficulties because I was already deep into them before I realize it was a mistake. Now I have to go through and find all of the places that have been ruined.

    Hello,

The theme page templates are built with the Gutenberg, which is the WordPress new Block editor and a block plugin. First of all, we strongly recommend to have some knowledge about the new WordPress editor, so it will helpful to understand the block’s behavior.

Beside that, can you show us with a video how this happened? We need visual illustrations to be able to find out the details of the problem. We recommend to private the link or simply mail us at [email protected] for further support.

    Thanks.

Sure. Get get right on making you a bunch of videos. In the mean time it would be great if the “Welcome! Thank you for choosing Gutener!” dialog that appears at the top of the screen went away since clicking the “Get started with Gutener” button erases part of the webpage. It’s only a matter of time. It’s at the top of every page. I’ve already Pressed the button and made the webpage. Now it’s just a self destruct button that someone is going to click someday and erase the page.

    Hello,

Have you disabled or deleted the recommended plugin(s) after Getting started? If the Getting started is successfully completed, then the completion notice will be delivered and you can dismiss that notice anytime. In fact, all the notifications can dismiss anytime. You can click on the close (X) or dismiss button to do that.

Beside that, please kindly reconsider with the one star review. We believe you did it by assuming that you will not get any support and by the misunderstanding the features of the Gutenberg Editor and Theme functionality. Thanks in advance.

    Regards.

Believe it or not I’ve already pressed the dismiss button on the message I want to dismiss. It comes back when I go to a new page. It’s at the top of every page. I assumed I would get no support because I emailed your support email address several times and got no response.

Thanks to your current attitude I will gladly reconsider the one star review when wordpress starts offering zero star reviews.
