• I paid for this plugin, never got it to work. My client spent hours filling out time slots that are full, only to have an update and lose ALL time slots! So now the database is blank, like day one.

    So now they have a new, large update…so the ONLY way to get it is to fill out a form on their website. I have done that, 3 times, and nobody responds back! I even contacted their support and the contact form on their website…nothing.

    I can’t believe I paid for a product I cannot use, and with ZERO support.

    2) “Fri, Apr 21, 2017 at 4:33 AM” then update was sent to your email at “Fri, Apr 21, 2017 at 7:25 AM”

    3) “Mon, May 1, 2017 at 6:13 AM” then update was sent to your email just now at “Mon, May 1, 2017 at 8:43 AM”

    We are working in “timezone UTC + 02:00” so currently only 08:49 AM after weekend.

    4) You have post your question at support forum ( https://wpbookingcalendar.com/support/comment-page-109/#comment-15036 ) at “May 1, 2017 at 6:15 AM” and we also responding to this just right now at “08:55 AM”.

    So I am really sorry, but I think you just skipped previous 2 emails in the SPAM folder. Current requests from today we just sent to you at the really early morning.

    Relative question about “time-slots” I do not really understand what exactly issue do you have. If you can write more about it and send link to the page with issue, we will check and help you.

    You can make up whatever time stamps you want….but the reality is we got ZERO response until I posted this review. NOTHING in the spam folder. Must be Gmails fault right? smh

    I am really sorry about all this situation. And I can understand you, if you do not see email with response to you.

    But we really have no sense to skip emails and do not response with updates.

    I am pretty sure that such emails, which we was sent to you for downloading emails was just in the spam folder in your gmail account.

    That’s why in your question at support forum https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/how-do-you-get-upgrade/
    I was suggested different methods for contacting and checking response.

    We also are using gmail also as primary mail account when receiving requests about getting updates or responses from website.

    Now, we was sent to your email address the screenshot of searching by your email address relative your requests and copy of emails that was sent from us to you.

    As you can see in that screenshot on 17 of March, 21 of April and 1st of May you have requested update, and we was sent email to you with link for downloading update.

    Additionally, if you can check thousands of questions at support forum here https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/booking/ or at premium support forum here https://wpbookingcalendar.com/support/ you can check that response to different questions or requests usually take several hour(s).

    I am really sorry, but I believe this issue was just because our email was in spam folder at your email.
