No Support, even for paying users

I first tried out the free version of this plugin and was mostly satisfied that far, but I wanted to try out the premium features and and bought the premium version.
Quickly I noticed a few bugs and asked for help in the support section but didn’t get a response, so after 2 weeks of waiting and my client getting impatient I have to find a different solution for my delivery website and decided to give this plugin a one star rating.
Pretty disappointed and would definitely not recommend buying!
