No support even with pro license Mail Bank Pro

  • Have created a support ticket, and even added a comment when deactivating the plugin on sites, and still no answer from support (this was 3 weeks ago), The site for logging in and activating the pro plugin is down (it is nearly always down due to hacks but this time it is completely down) so all the features of Mail Bank Pro are not even accessible.

    I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLUGIN and in fact, i would say stay away as we can’t even get support on a paid license (there is supposed to be priority support but there does not seem to be any support).

    The WordPress support page has tickets that never get answered (i posted there also), Guys if you are not supporting this plugin then just take it down so nobody else has to deal with this mess.

    Same with me,

    bought Mailbank Developer version, switched off on 26.10.2023 and requires activation.

    Support never responded, I threw the money for the developer version out the window.

    Urgent recommendation: DO NOT BUY

    You need to complain to the WordPress team.

    I already complained but they told me because it’s an external activity they will let this fiasco continue. By letting the free plugin be published more users are losing their money …. ridiculous.

    and Mail Bank Pro are still auto charging even though they don’t support the plugin.. l
