Support takes too long to respond.
No functionality for Venues/Locations. Their “location” is a text field not tied to an address – in their example they us “event to take place in New York” – not helpful at all. If you want a Google Map, you need to custom make each event ticket with the code to show it.
Checkinera (the checkin plugin for the ticket sales – you can’t have one without the other) caused a fatal error on my site halfway through building, forcing me to restart the build costing me 3 weeks of work.
The plug in works as custom post type generator with limited fields. Must know code to get desired functionality. 7 day return policy, regardless of lack of features. If you DO know how to code and build, you will need to download over 10 separate plugins to get Tickera to work properly which bogs down site speed, killing user experience.
Essentially billed as a one size fits all product, but you soon find you need to purchase individual add ons to get 50% of the desired functionality.
