No support, Field Labels not Displaying

Submitted a request for support (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/field-labels-not-displaying?replies=2#post-5355137) due to field labels not displaying on my site, and received no response. Result is that I have moved on from this plugin due to it not working correctly and not receiving any feedback when seeking help. Looks like it would be nice, but not staking my site’s reputation on this product.
