    I have now sent 4 Pre-Sales questions to these people and have not received on reply. I was really excited to try this plugin. It has so many features. But the fact they don’t answer emails – especially pre-sales questions – leads me to believe they are unreliable.

    It’s sad because I was ready to buy. I just needed some basic questions answered. But if they can’t answer my pre-sales questions I ain’t spending money on them because it is obvious they have bad support. ??

    I have attempted to contact Awesome Support via their website three times with presales questions. I have never gotten any response.

    I was leaning towards purchasing some of their premium plugins but am rethinking it. Their inability to answer pre-sales questions makes me question whether they provide good support for their product.

    Which is ironic, because their product is a support plugin. You’d think they’d understand the importance of answering presales questions. I had my CC in hand and ready to purchase at one point… ??
