No support for his premium plugin

I’ve paid 400 bucks for his premium plugin WP Rich Snippets but he doesn’t provide any reliable support, and I saw similar posts from other customers. Such a shame.
@hesham Zebida, please hire someone to handle your support if you can’t do it.
