• My customers Mailpoet (Premium 2.7.8) stopped working last week. It happened after moving the site to new server and forced to https (SSL). I contacted to Mailpoet support, and they answered soon. They asked me to create an admin account on the site. I did it, and sent the login details. But I forgot to tell them right login url. They answered that they didn’t manage to login, so I sent the right url. The date was 7.6. and after that nothing! I’ve tried to contact them again many times, but no answer and nothing happens. What should I do? It seems very very difficult to get support for Mailpoet.

  • Are you a Premium customer? If you are, you should receive a reply from us if you contact us through this page: https://www.mailpoet.com/support/premium/

Anyway, I can say that the version of MailPoet you are using does not work after your website has changed from HTTP to HTTPS. We know this is stupid, and that’s one of the reasons we decided to rewrite the plugin from scratch. We suggest you migrate your customer’s website to MailPoet 3 instead: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/mailpoet/ because our Premium support won’t be able to assist you with that. Sorry for the inconvenience.
