No support for over a month

The plugins looks great at the begining but after a while, I found a few errors.
After trying to contact the author (through the forum here and through Facebook) and did not get an answer, I have no choice but to give only two stars, because I waited too long for response and it was just a waste of time. If you have the choise pick a differest plugin.
