No Support for pay User

    I have try to contact the support via Ticket,

    but no answer. I think, they get the money and nothing else!

    I think there is something wrong with our support ticket system. I am looking in to this to solve the issue as soon as possible.

    We do have a more options to get in contact with us by using the support thread here on www.ads-software.com or replying the email you get from us to get you started.

    Let me know what you are running in to and I love to get you up and running.

    When i add tax to the price in the feed, i get to many decimal places. The problem is, that google and FB convert it wrong.

    1100.4952 is that 110049.52

    Could you create a screenshot of the TAX calculation in the feed?
    And do you have the feed URL for me?

    I just replied the ticket you have send.
    Our system is back up and running so we can keep communication through that email ticket system
