No support for paying users

I’ve used the free version of this plugin many times and works great. I needed the GDPR feature so I purchased the Pro version. That didn’t work so I’ve reached out to support multiple times with no response! There’s no such thing as their “LIVE” chat feature, just a contact form. Seems like they’re just ghosting everyone!
