No support for Premium & no response to emails

  • I have requested support 3 times since purchasing two premium plugins (over 100 usd spent) and have received no response at all.

    This really isn’t good enough.

  • Hey, same thing happened to us, Hesham Zebida is a scammer. We still haven’t received our money back. He’s just lying in his refund policy statement.

    I wish WordPress can remove his plugin because he is misleading people. He is fraud.
