    Hi @marianssen,

We aim to respond as quickly as possible, which may take a bit longer during periods where we receive an increased amount of support requests.

If your question concerns a “google_tag_data is not defined” error, this probably means that you included the Consent Mode test snippet as a <script> on your website. But this not intended to be placed on your website, it’s only meant to be placed in the console of your browser, to view the Consent Mode state before/after consent.

    Kind regards, Jarno

@jarnovous the script was one of the issues – thank you for clarifying that. However, I’ve setup Google Consent Mode v2 according to your tutorial online, but all cookies are automaticall loading without the consent. Before, I was using the non-pro trigger events and these work correctly.

It would be great to get an answer to my email, since the ‘free’ support is currently faster than the paid one.

    Hi @marianssen,

It sounds like you haven’t included the Tag Template in your GTM container and have it set to fire on “Consent Initialization – All Pages” (https://complianz.io/consent-mode-for-7-0/).

Please know that while I am happy to help, I am only allowed to support the Free plugin on these forums. Kindly refer to the ticket system for support with the Premium plugin.

    Kind regards, Jarno

@jarnovos. I see, I’ve installed the template tag from the GTM communitty gallery and it seems to run correctly now. Thank you.
