    We have purchased the pro version and have been waiting since september for an answer for a serious bug in the plugin.

    I have asked several questions and got answer within 24 hours.
    Perhaps mail them again?

    They just say we will add your request to future todo list while it is a bug. So there is no support whatsoever if you buy the pro version. I think the development stopped and they keep selling it as long as it goes…

    Yeah they said the same thing to me. It’s a pretty serious bug too.
