No support for the premium plugin

    Hi there,

    I bought the premium version a week ago. Created 2 support tickets: 764653751 and 765880605, as there were issues with sending attachments via your form. I’d like to find the solution to the technical difficulties I’m having with the Cookie Banner, but I’m not receiving any reply to my cases.

    What’s the best way to reach you?

    Thank you. I’m aware of the WordPress Forum guidelines. However, I didn’t receive any answer from your agents for over a week. That’s why I started this thread because it was super strange to not hear from you.
