No support for the WordPress Plugin Community?

The developer has posted in their WP Plugin Support forum that they won’t offer support in the forum. They want all support to go to their support at their site, which is only user to user support… Dev to user support is premium only.

The developer wants the user base of the plugin community, but doesn’t want to support the users from this community… Lots of monetization in this plugin. There isn’t a free option to put a limit on the size each user can upload.
