No support from Tech Banker?

    Now there web site appears to be down. Just get an error message saying there is an issue with it. That’s been going on for a week now. There email doesn’t acknowlege receipt of an email either. I think they are gone.

    Has anyone had any luck to this thread with Tech Banker? A client of mine uses the free version but needs to upgrade to see email content.

    Tried to register but no PW has been sent. Do you think, they are still active? Is there a Wp moderator who can advise?

    I have never heard back from them from two weeks ago. My conclusion is that they are gone. I went to another program.

    These guys are a bunch of scammers! We fell into their trap a year ago when we purchased a set of plugins that did not work. We received no help from them… or refund. Then a year later, yesterday they managed to charge us again and have refused to refund the funds. They are located in some obscure country and there is no way of really contacting them, reversing the charges etc.

    DO NOT USE THESE PLUGINS

    How they are still listed in the WordPress plugin directory we will never know.

    I don’t get any answers via Tech Support or E-mail since 21 December 2020. I paid for their services. I’m asking Pay Pall to refund.

    It looks like they are no longer in business. The premium plugin has stopped working across all my websites as it’s trying to check the license with their website which is no longer up…

    @design-and-internet you can see the email content in the database, they log it but UI does not expose it.
