    Our premium support team usually responds to emails within 24 hours. I was unable to match an unanswered or spam email to your WordPress user name. Could you provide a quick summary so I can locate your email?

    I have always gotten replies, although sometimes can take couple of days. I have also found using the support form on the Yoast website is the best way.
