    No support, inferior documentation, buggy software. They have such a high rating and good comments, so I was fooled; maybe they’re all fake. The sofware is so full of bugs it’s a nightmare to use. The documentation is incomplete and hard to understand. I submitted several support tickets that were totally ignored. I’ve requested a refund based on their 30 day money-back guarantee, and heard NOTHING back. Save your money and buy something else. Their email address ‘[email protected]’ doesn’t even work!!!!

    Thank you for reaching out to us, I am very sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with the plugin and getting support.

    We do our best to reply to all support queries within 24 hours (usually less), and in most cases where plugin faults are experienced, they are due to environment conflicts which can be resolved relatively quickly. These kinds of issues are rare, as we do test the plugin in various environments.

    Could I ask you to share a name or partial domain name I can lookup in our support desk? I suspect your emails might have mistakenly been flagged by our system, or that our replies are not getting through to you.
