No support if you can’t add a payment method

  • I had trouble adding a payment method signing up, but you can’t get support unless you add a payment method. So I couldn’t get support unless I added a payment method and I couldn’t add a payment method because it was broken for some reason. Can you say Catch 22?

    I eventually got it working, but no thanks to them.
