No support, no followup

    I reported an error with the theme that is causing me to not be able to customize it at all, whether through the customizer or with exported settings from a working copy of the theme, but have not been responded to at all.

    The theme looks great if you can edit it, but otherwise it’s useless when you can’t. I used this theme for my site for a long time, but if it’s not working, I can’t, and this brings down my site and frustrates me to no end.
