• I’ve asked for support several times. I keep getting a new person asking how they can help. I told them what I needed help with and never heard from them again. In the meantime, I got someone else to fix the problem.

    There is supposed to be a refund within 14 days. It wasn’t even on the site for 14 HOURS. I didn’t use the plugin and asked for a refund immediately.

    Now I’ve asked for a refund. Several times. No one has gotten back to me about that at all.

    I can see the history on your support request. Jeff has been looking after you the entire time and came back to you within the hour the first time you messaged on Feb 17th and then again a few hours later when you responded. Your issue was related to a third party shipping plugin and it looks like that plugin wasn’t registering its shipping methods properly for our shipping discounts to read.

    Note we do have support hours listed on the site as Mon-Fri 9am – 5pm AEST timezone. While we often support outside those hours, we do not offer instant chat support 24/7. You messaged us on the weekend so please allow us a chance to respond.

    We’re more than happy to refund you, since you’re covered by our 14-day refund guarantee and there was never any problem with this.
