    I have been waiting for over a month for a reply back to a Support ticket (fresh desk) for a PAID product we bought from you. I have followed up multiple times requesting ticket status updates and contact form messages but no reply from anyone at JEM. Are you monitoring these accounts. Please advise ASAP.

    Yes we are replying to tickets. I don’t see an open ticket over there for you – I see the one you opened an hour ago but your other tickets are closed.

    I have replied to your ticket there – please let us know what your issue is on our ticketing systems and we will do our very best to help you
