No support on open tickets

    Hi,

    Any chance that I get an answer for those?:

    #380589 – 06/02/2017
    #199257 – 05/29/2017
    + email sent 05/28/2017 (I mentioned it in the june 2nd ticket)

    Why do you guys provide a better support here for free users than paying customers opening tickets? I don’t understand that.
