    I have tried to reach you several times. Via your contact form and via Freemius Support.

    It is described that we get faster support if you go to Gutenslider=> Contact us in the WordPress instance. Unfortunately, this tab is not available at all.

    To date I have received no response and no support. Why im Paying over 1 year for Expert? For not recieving Support over weeks?

    Unfortunately, I have had a high cls with the sliders since the last updates. The slider above the content reduces the performance from 98 to 70.

    I hope that I will receive support this way.

    sorry for not answering, what is your mailadress you used for sending the mails?

    I tryed to reach via your webpage contact form (https://gutenslider.org/contact/) twice and via the Freemius Support Page twice. Sadly no Contact us Mail where to find and the Tab “contact us” in the plugin also was not available.

    I can send my request again by email. I just need to know where to send the email

    To all others reaching this thread. Under Advanced Settings, there is a new setting “First Not Lazy” which can improve page score if the slider is above the fold. Also make sure that the initial loading image of the slider is in a modern (best webp) format or highly optimized.
