No Support Réponse to submitted error ticket

I backed up my entire site + database to DropBox using this tool. I then attempted multiple times to restore it on a new hosting account, same URL. It goes through the process to load the theme, but throws an error when attempting to restore content/graphics.
I have submitted this error notice WITH FTP login 3 times over 3 weeks. I am paid PRO member and would appreciate someone getting back with me asap. It’s ridiculous to have to go this long without a website due to lack of support on this plugin.
