No Support Response

I wanted to love this plugin to create a child theme for my site but I kept getting the errors that needed to be fixed before creating the child theme. I contacted the theme creator and made the corrections and still the same errors. I tried to contact help/support from this plug-in but the submission button hasn’t worked in the last 72 hours, I’ve been trying to submit my help request daily and nothing the submission button doesn’t work and there doesn’t appear to be any other way to get help for this plug in. I even paid the $19.99 for the pro version and it was a waste of money. I will be contacting my bank to get a refund.
