• I have paid but there is some bug and its not longer supported

    Support didnt answer since 21 days so i think it will be discontinued

    I have had the exact same problem for months. I was going through the conversations method on the help desk, which they have replied to as recently as Dec 5, but they haven’t offered a solution to a problem since August and have either deleted or closed my conversations without a resolution. I have tried emailing the email above ([email protected]) with no response (email sent 12/1/22).

    I’m absolutely furious with the lack of support for this PAID plugin.

    Yes they also cancel my conversion, i can see the link is a 404 while ticket was “https://smartyplugins.kayako.com/conversation/view/7252”

    I have all of the responses in email, but it doesn’t seem to matter. Their last reply to me, they acted like they had been waiting on me to send them a video of the issue: I opened the ticket in August and received a relatively quick response at that time but all of my follow ups since then have been deleted or go unanswered and eventually just closed. Looking at the threads in these Forums, it appears they responded to a few open tickets a few days ago, but no meaningful resolutions. My guess is to make it appear they are available for support when in reality, they are not.

    Yes they finaly answered to my mail sent the 12/21 i got a reply yesterday the 01/21 so 26 DAYS delay !! its not very Professional this kind of delay and the problem is still unsolved “Hello, we are working on this error!”

    Ok so maybe it will took 1 year to make it fixed i guess
