No Support; slow; Difficult to customise

I have received non-existent support, breadcrumb issue emailed severally with no response. The theme is slow even with less than 20 posts and light images. And I am only using the simple version without the ToolKit stalled even though I paid for the Pro version. Difficult to customise from the backend with hidden class names and all. I would have stuck to the free version if I had known that. I’m not a technical person and the only way I could figure out anything at all is by inspecting the source code. A simple thing as change font-size (body ) cannot be accomplished from the WordPress Customise editor in the backend. The Footers are not showing. I’ve contacted the developers with no response from them. Stay away. Don’t waste your money or time.
