    I am using the TranslatePress pluging for a few months. From the start I had bugs and errors.

    It is missing tables, using CPU and crushing my website almost every day.

    I can’t remove it because now if I do it will leave my website with 404 pages and will drop my SEO.

    So bad!

    Translate Multilingual support team is not responding and not providing solutions. They sell a plugin that is hurting peoples website (probably fake reviews as well!)

    We truly empathize with your situation. However, we would like to remind you that we do not work on weekends, that is from Friday to Sunday. This is not something new, we had outlined this on the page when you were creating the ticket as well in the last conversations we had before.
    Therefore, leaving a ticket on Friday and expecting a response on the same day or during weekends is not practical. We also think it’s important to address that leaving us a bad review in bad faith will not expedite the investigation or resolution of your issue. It isn’t going to push our development team or any other department to start working on weekends.

    Having said that, we are here to help you. Our development team has already requested a copy of your website, so they can directly look into the problem and start testing possible solutions.

    We are waiting for your reply to continue the troubleshooting.

    I opened the ticket in August; it’s been 2 months. – you guys can take your time from Friday to Monday…

    So far the errors are stopped. The problem with the speed also improved.

    Thank you for fixing the issues. Hopefully, if support if needed the next time, it will be solved quality and not within a few months.
