No Support! Star Disappears from Google search result

Solution for Pro WP-Review users: WP Review Settings/Global/Defaults – change Review Schema to anything but Thing (Default)

TEMPORARY SOLUTION for non-Pro WP-Review users: Just rewrite ‘Thing’ in wp-review/includes/functions.php to whatever schema supported (supported schemas below), for example ‘Thing’ => ‘Game’
Then check your URL here.

Google supported schemas:
Book
Course
CreativeWorkSeason
CreativeWorkSeries
Episode
Event
Game
HowTo
LocalBusiness
MediaObject
Movie
MusicPlaylist
MusicRecording
Organization
Product
Recipe

@life28sk I have the non-premium version and I tried your suggestion to change ‘Thing’ to ‘Product’, but now I’m getting this error:
One of offers or review or aggregateRating should be provided.

How do I fix it?

Assuming you are using the latest version of the plugin, Google recently made the changes in the rules related to review schema: https://webmasters.googleblog.com/2019/09/making-review-rich-results-more-helpful.html

That’s why we have introduced all the supported schema types in our latest update. Please assign appropriate Schema type by editing single posts/pages https://i.rankmath.com/ojz3IS
