• Status of the plugin for us now: A+

    I never got your email, but perhaps the great web ate it on the way.
    I checked for a potential update on this plugin and with the latest version just released the email issue is fixed. Thank you for your prompt response to this rating.

    OLD Rating: Revised due to excellent support.

    Trying to get support on this plugin for the “Extras” section.. as Woocommerce doesn’t put in the Order email a listing of what extras were ordered.. Truly useless to have “Extras” on a product if you have no way to see what extras are ordered..

    Status of this plugin for us: JUNK

    Would love to change the status but haven’t gotten so much as a peep from the maker of this plugin about this issue.. I doubt they will ever allow this review to be posted on www.ads-software.com.

    Don’t know who you are and what I’ve done to you. I answered an email related with the Product Exras today and you will receive all the support you need, but you have to allow to receive support and you should first answer emails and establish real communication. If you call a peep asking you about the version you use because the latest version improve this question a lot, that’s up to you. And as you can see, you’ve managed to publish the first 1 star rating. There’s no censorship.
