NO SUPPORT, themesaga site is gone

The theme is beautiful but all that is moot if you can’t get support (and trust me, you WILL need it). No one has been answering the Shop Elite Forum on www.ads-software.com for almost 2 years, and I can’t even email the developers directly since the Themesaga.com website is completely gone.

Such a shame I loved the look of this theme so much, I was considering buying a premium version, but now it looks like I’ll just have to use a different theme altogether.
