NO SUPPORT – Waste of Such a Good Plugin

I found this plugin recently but it’s so tragic to see that the developer abandoned the plugin sometime ago by the looks. From looking at the support pages here 99% of the tickets have remained unanswered and left the poor users stranded to work out their issues alone.

Why does the developer still charge though for an upgrade that has no support and a developer who does not give a toss about their customers?

Shame on the developer. You should release the plugin as a free open source plugin to let others take this over so you can get on with whatever else you think is more important than absconding your people!
