• I installed this plugin thinking that it was an actual LMS. It seems to be extremely basic and there are no step by step tutorials to walk you through setting up courses, lessons etc.

I started by Creating a Course Description as a page under Courses. Tried both options of admin approval and logged in user can enroll.

The short code for the enroll button doesn’t show in page.
It doesn’t give a section under which courses are all grouped together.
The plugin isn’t very well thought out.

Other LMS like Learn Dash seem friendlier

    Very disappointed in this plugin!

When exactly have you requested support to say “no support”? We work like crazy to help everyone, answer everyone’s questions, and fix everyone issues. And suddenly someone comes here to say “no support” and ridicule our hard work with one star rating.

Where is your support thread that was unanswered?

Don’t post a review section if you don’t want an honest review! Instead of being defensive why not put something useful on your site for the plugin. You help page is:

https://namaste-lms.org/help.php – One page of text, no tutorials..just text

    Take the Tour Page
https://namaste-lms.org/tour.php – Shows snapshots and no actual text explaining things

    YOUTUBE

No tutorials that I know of

You are right, I didn’t go into wordpress SUPPORT page. But then as a end-user WHY SHOULD I? The link in your plugin takes me to you HOMEPAGE for help…and it’s not there.

It’s a weak plugin and I am the end user. So it should be easy to use, friendly interface and not rocket science. In addition I shouldn’t get slammed because you don’t like my review.

Fix the plugin instead of being defensive!

    Hey End user,
I see that you are kind of used with one-botton-do-all-the work.
Instead of spending the time of giving a bad rating you could do some testing yourself or just ask your question.
And guess what it is not a rocket science – it is WordPress science, the plugin is working the WordPress way…
And by the way – Do you know what is shortcode in WordPress?

    Thanks for your support, alordiel.
This person rated several plugins with 1-star giving all kind of weird reasons for that. I don’t think he understands WordPress at all, neither how hard the community of developers is working to provide a wide range of quality free software.
