    How much worse can this get? I subscribed (and paid) for this plugin, then I had a question about pictures not cropping properly. Wrote an email to their support center… nothing. called the number on their contact page, left a voicemail, 2 weeks later nothing… Wrote about 10 emails to support address since…asked to unsubscribe.
    … nothing
    But hey, just got billed for a month’s subscription, even though I asked not to… tried to contact them again, phone, email… nothing…
    If I could give 0 stars I would…
