No sync since April 11th in the afternoon

Have you checked your facebook app? And contacted fb support?

It connects to facebook app and tries to sync but doesn’t traverse the events and locations

I will try to create a new facebook app and see if it makes a difference

Restrict Facebook Login data. We are changing Login, so that in the next version, we will reduce the data that an app can request without app review to include only name, profile photo and email address. Requesting any other data will require our approval.

Also, when I go to my FB apps, I see this warning: “We are not reviewing apps at this time due to changes we are making to the Facebook Platform”
So it seems we need to wait for facebook …

So you can’t sync your test system? Or is it just me and some other?

Doesn’t work here anymore too. If this keeps up, I’ll need to discontinue this plugin …

Unfortunately, I think only an approved app will continue to work (and I read something about only being able to sync its own events …)
If this continues to fail, I have no choice but to discontinue this plugin ??

I read same. But I have a little hope that FB will open the api again. It would be very sad if this plugin comes to an end like this. So let ′s wait some more days…

Mine is working again as of June 5th, 2018.

Did you make any change to your app?

@mlplus the only thing I did to the app was did whatever I needed to do to get it published again. I’m sorry, I don’t recall what steps I took, but I’d given up on it and then someone alerted me to my schedule changing (from the sync) which I had edited with EME manually. It had reverted back to the Facebook event, which I had forgot to edit. Which is why I LOVE this plugin, because I never remember both places and wanted to make sure my website was 100% accurate! LOL

@latemodelrcr24 and the others. Do you mean that the FB-Sync works for events of your own FB-Site or does it work also for events of third-party FB-sites?
