    Does it work with all the other plugins deactivated and using the deafult theme?

    If not, could you send me a copy of the website, without any media files, but with an sql dump? I’m not sure how to debug it otherwise.

    Could you try 2.3.9?
    It seems there was a bug that might have affected you too.
    You will need to deactivate and activate the plugin after updating.
