No Theme styling on network blog.

Hello,
Im in the need of some help. I have set up my wordpress blog to be a network blog. I have added a new network blog but i cannot select the back end for that site and there is also no styling on the theme for that site?
I have tried everything with no luck.
Any help would be great.
