No thumbnail for Youtube video

I’ve installed Video theme in my website (https://wordpress.cricketshighlights.com). Thumbnail for default videos are there. But when I add Video from the Youtube the thumbnail do not appear.

How I can get the videos with thumbnail? can you please help?

Or can anyone suggest me good theme which resemble to youtube or video streaming websites.
