    Hi,

I installed this plugin today on my site and it works GREAT on chrome but it doesn’t really work on Safari. The main issue is that the thumbnails don’t come up on Safari. Is there something I can do to fix this? Thanks!

Hi @abezun, I opened your site in Safari on Mac OS X and I saw the thumbnail and video working on the homepage. Can you provide more details on how and where to reproduce this? What’s the device you’re using, what version of Safari, does the same happen if you open the page in an incognito window?

Thank you for your reply! @kevinweber I think it was a cache issue because you are right, I just reloaded it this morning on a different computer and they load up fine now. Thank You!

    Hi Kevin,

We have same issue, but video preview does not show either in Safari or Chrome, even after clear all cache. Moreover, all that shows is the title, and when you click it, it takes you to Youtube to watch the video, which is not what we need. We need the video to play there on the page itself.

We are using Divi theme, which is perhaps the most popular WordPress theme, so we’re not sure what is happening. We had to disable the plugin because it was hiding our videos totally.

@wordpressdharma Could you try and reach out to the Divi theme and ask them to look into why their theme is incompatible with the plugin? Based on their feedback either them or I can make changes. I’m not a customer of that theme and therefore can’t look into this.
