No thumbnails, no video

    I’ve just inherted this site, and on the bottom of the noted page is a video gallery. All the videos play properly in the backend – but nothing is working properly on the front end. Please advise…

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear Dave are these Vimeo videos?

    If yes, then this issue has occurred after Vimeo latest update.

    Yesterday, we have released a new version, please update the plugin to the latest version.

    After the update please enter this gallery, select all items and from “Bulk Actions” click “Reset” > “Apply.”

    After this, please clear the website and browser cache and check again.
