No thumbs and UI glitch

I tried this with the 2014 theme and I encountered some issue.

Perhaps your theme doesn’t recognize custom image directory because i upload it to img.website.com/123.jpg .. thus no thumb appears and it gives php error.

Secondly, there are glitches in the dropdown selection, it keep bouncing back and forth while trying to select. Tried it with 3.8.3 and also 3.9.1
