No ticket purchase button

    I set up the Event Calendar as well as my stripe account and connected both.
    The individual event pages have no ticket purchase function. see https://bookatoo.com/index.php/event/mcec-test/

    Ive gone through all settings multiple times and can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. I am sure it’s dead simple….

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Would you be willing to switch to a default WordPress theme and deactivate other third-party plugins(except our plugins) to see if it works as expected?

    Could you also let me know which Events Template do you use under Events >> Settings >> Display?

    Hi @drckarcher

    Thanks for reaching out. Let me help you with this one.

    I can see that you’re using WP’s 2023 theme (an FSE theme) which is currently not fully compatible with our plugins. Could you try using 2020 theme and see if that makes a difference?

    If that doesn’t help, this issue could be related to index.php on your URLs. Could you try changing the permalinks to Post name and see if that helps?
