No Time, No Date, No Location

    I am not sure what has happened, but Event Manager has completely stopped Working. The Event is there but there is now no time, not date, no location Everything that is pertinent to the event is no longer showing up? When I ad the event all of the options are still there The When as well as the Where and they are filled out. However it is not showing up on our site. Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciate. I ahve tried disabling every plugin except Event Manager and it still did not work.

    Doe my post help at all or is something else I need to do in order to figure this out. Should I try deleting Events Manage and reinstalling it though that is not something I really wish to do?

    I also have same issue. It began after upgrade to 5.5.3.1, Wp 4.0.
    ( I use also pro version. I had bought pro version, but support period is expired.)

    It shows belows at return emails, but it is ok at admin page.
    ‘Multiple Events’ word for #_EVENTNAME
    ’01/01/1970 @ 00:00′ for #_EVENTDATES @ #_EVENTTIMES
    blank for #_LOCATIONNAME
    blank for #_LOCATIONNAME

    I also tried
    [event event_id=”1435″]
    #_EVENTNAME
    [/event] at a test page, but it show blank.

    Second problem, after click payment, it doesn’t show anything at screen to customer, but send an email to customer.
    Could you help me please?

    Hi,
    I fixed the problem.
    When I disabled multiple booking, it works properly.
    Question; how can I solve this multiple booking problem?
    What can you advise?

    stosun, it might be a different issue and can you post it in the pro forums instead ?

    jmonda, did you assign a location or enable bookings in your event? and can you try to remove the location and booking conditional placeholder ?

    I get below message when I enter the pro membership key.

    My pro membership is expired, but can I not go to use pro version?

    Angelo,
    Bookings were not assigned to the event but a location was assigned to the event. When you ask to remover the placeholders are you asking me to remove them from the event itself if so there aren’t any. Or are you asking me to remove them from to above code you gave me? I have since switched themes on our page and have the exact same problem. Will it help if I delete Events Manage and reinstall it? I have no idea just asking.

    Ok I finally just went in and reset Events Manager after trying to figure this out for days it was getting frustrating. This has seemed to do the trick

    I am marking this as resolved after I reset Events Manager things are back to somehwat normal
