After taking a quick peak on your site, I think you’ve found the solution already. For good measure, I’m going to write it out, too.
Pages are timeless content, so they won’t have timestamps for Open Graph and Article metadata disclosed by The SEO Framework.
For Posts, you can find the options under “SEO Settings -> Social Meta Settings -> Post Dates”.
For the sitemap, you can find this option under “SEO Settings -> Sitemap Settings -> Timestamps”.
Even when they’re all disabled, your theme might still display timestamps. Please consult with the theme author to remove those.
