No titles, just shortcodes

  • One of my customers uses the Divi title module and updated a few plugins, including Divi. Now the Divi title module doesn’t show the titles, but just the shortcode.. Can you please look into this and tell me if there is a quick fix?
    Divi version is 4.4.2 and builder version is 1.0.2.

    I tried to insert a title with the “Title” module, and it shows up, I don’t see any shortcode.

    I see on your site in the shortcode that you are using version 3.9.15 of Divi Builder or Divi Theme :

    Can you try to upgrade to the latest version (4.4.2) ?
